The University of Berkeley’s Greater Good Science Center occupies a rather fun field of research: It examines what really makes us happy – and the scientific knowledge is passed on to people, so that they can use it in their everyday lives. I like this institute since I have completed their online course in happiness. And I was all the more pleased that the scientists now also have their own podcast, in which they share their knowledge with the world – and here there is also an episode on how much walking in the fresh air can contribute to happiness. Listening to it is definitely worthwhile – especially if you are also involved in this year’s steps project.
